Sales Engineer for Arma Group

Job Title: Sales Engineer
Location: Global Glass (Arma Group) 10th of Ramadan
Position Overview:
The Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving sales of glass and aluminum products by understanding customer requirements, providing technical support, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory or market segment.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
• Assist customers in selecting the right products based on their requirements and application.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
• Prepare and deliver technical proposals and quotations.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to customers.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for the management team.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, architecture, Applied arts Glass field or related field) or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in technical sales or sales engineering, preferably in the glass or construction industry. Max 2 years of experience in construction field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 
• Familiarity with CAD software and technical drawings.
