*Job Description:
-As a Production Engineer at [Phoenix], you will play a key role in optimizing our manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and support the achievement of production targets.
*Responsibilities:
-Design and implement efficient production processes, including workflow, machinery layout, and equipment selection.
-Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize production efficiency.
-Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and maintain production targets.
-Lead continuous improvement initiatives, such as implementing Lean manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
-Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the production process.
Provide training and support to production staff on new processes, equipment, and safety procedures.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and achieve company goals.
*Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
-years of experience (2:5 Years) in production engineering or manufacturing environment.
-Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
-Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving.
-Experience with Lean manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
