Community Restaurants BRGR is a leading food truck concept in Egypt, established in 2015. We specialize in gourmet local beef sliders served in custom-made buns. With over twenty branches across Egypt, we are constantly expanding and bringing our delicious burgers to more communities.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for an IT Specialist at Community Restaurants BRGR. As an IT Specialist, your day-to-day tasks will include network administration, troubleshooting, network security, and providing customer service support. This is an on-site role located in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge and experience in network administration and information technology

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

Understanding of network security best practices

Excellent customer service skills

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for the role include:

Experience in the food industry

Certifications in network administration or information technology

Knowledge of IT infrastructure and systems

Oracle Micros symphony

Oracle my inventory system

SQL query

CCNA certification

Windows installation & Configuration

Hardware technical
