Contract Engineer for Sabbour consulting

Sabbour consulting is hiring Contract_Engineer with the below requirements & Qualifications:

-Bachelor degree in Civil, Structure & Architecture are preferred.
-2 to 4 Years of experience in the same field. 

- Consultancy Background is a must.
-Very Good up to Excellent English level.
-Familiarity with preparing tech/fin proposal with a consultant
-Familiarity with RFPs issued for consultancy scope
-Procedures for preparing tech/fin offers
