CIVIL ESTIMATION ENGINEER for SUMMIT GROUP

SUMMIT GROUP  is hiring the following position :
(CIVIL ESTIMATION ENGINEER ):
must have experience in infrastructure .
Job description:
-Preparation of the tender plan during the BID (Packing, RFQS, offers, comparison sheet)
-Create estimates and breakdowns for items.
-Study the project documents to identify the civil scope of work.
-Develop and verify materials, equipment and bulk quantities related to civil sector from the drawings if required.
- Quantity survey fir accessories and additional items to complete the breakdown for items from project drawings. 
- Prepare the technical proposal   ( vendor list , subcontractor list , mobilization plan )
-Perform site visits and collect all the required data for the project.
Requirements:
Education: bachelor’s degree in civil engineer.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in infrastructure 
 Computer skills: proficiency in Microsoft office, ERP system, Autocade.
