Maintenance Head
Job Requirements:
-Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality, and Safety Postgraduates.
-5 years of experience in Hospitals.
Responsibilities :
-Controlling the workforce in the department.
-Ensuring the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of plant and equipment to provide the hospital and accommodation complex with power, water, steam, air conditioning, medical and domestic engineering services.
-Assisting the Management to obtain the best value for money invested in capital equipment by advising on equipment purchases and replacements and ensuring equipment is properly delivered to site and installed.
-Providing assistance and advice to all the hospital’s departments in respect of technical aspects of mechanical, electrical, and air conditioning-related systems and equipment associated with medical and nursing support areas, such as Laundry, Kitchen, Sterile Services, etc.
-The estimating of budgetary guidelines and the cost control of engineering and manpower expenditure to remain within the set budget allocation.
-Ensuring the cost-effective maintenance of both estate and building to prevent rapid deterioration.
Monitoring, inspecting, testing, and maintaining all structural building elements.
-Create PPM schedules for all maintenance divisions
-Member of the Purchasing Committee
-Assist in Setting the CAPEX budget
