Electrical Tendering Engineer for Saudi Firmness

Saudi Firmness is looking for a Electrical Tendering Engineer:-Location: Cairo-Egypt

* Job requirements:-- A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from a government faculty.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction field, specifically in LV & MV and light current systems, in addition to 5 years of experience as a tender engineer within MEP construction companies.- A strong understanding of electrical systems components, codes, and standards is essential.
- Capability of accurately creating proper items' breakdown for each electrical system, including generators, ATS, switchgear, path bar, normal power, lighting, lightning, data, CCTV, TV, telephone, ELV, BMS, etc.- Familiarity with the tendering process, including preparing tender documents, analyzing project requirements, reviewing specifications and drawings, understanding contract terms and conditions, and tender preparation.
- Accurate assessment of project costs, including materials, labor, equipment, indirect and overheads.- Strong analytical skills to identify cost drivers and perform cost-benefit analysis.
- Strong communication, presentation, leadership, and negotiation skills required for contacting and subcontractor bids.- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is essential.
- A very good command of the English language.
