•  0–1 years of experience in product management, preferably in the lighting or related industry.
•  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•  Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
•  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP.
•  Knowledge of lighting technologies and market trends is a plus.
 
Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with product development processes and project management methodologies.
• Understanding of supply chain and logistics processes in a manufacturing environment.
