*Master's degree in accounting, business accounting, or finance
*Proven track record as CFO with over 15 years of experience
*Background in the pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable
*Strong knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
*Proficiency in financial management software and tools
*Exceptional time-management and organizational abilities
*Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
*Skilled problem solver and critical thinker.
