• Engineering degree & member of the Engineers Syndicate.
• Experienced in constructions field for 1-2 years. 
• Fluency in English both verbal and written.
• Use of MS excel at an advanced level and familiarity with all other MS Office applications.
• Good Presentation Skills.
• A knack for negotiation and networking.
• Good appearance.
• For this role, you should have good knowledge of market research, along with solid analytical skills to make sure you’re identifying the most profitable offers.
