Accounting Manager
Responsibilities:
1. Financial Reporting and Compliance.
2. Accounting Operations.
3. Due Diligence.
4. Financial Analysis and Planning.
5. Internal Controls and Risk Management.
6. Team Leadership and Development.
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CMA (Certified Management Accountant) designation preferred.
Experience:
• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in due diligence, particularly in M&A transactions.
