Maintenance Manager required for Smiley's group at Al Obour City
Responsibilities 
• Planning and organizing maintenance schedules
Plan and coordinate all maintenance activities in the facilities including analyzing equipment needs, developing preventive/predictive maintenance programs
Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues
Check for quality electrical and mechanics systems.
Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities
Develop maintenance employees to meet current and future business requirements
Qualifications
Graduated from faculty of engineer department Mechatronics.
• Previous experience in same position.
• Prefer background at F.M.C.G.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills .and able to communicate with all levels of the business.
