Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related field
Experience in plastic manufacturing or related industry
Strong leadership and management skills
Experience in developing and implementing standard operating procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Sound knowledge of production processes, safety, and quality standards
Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is a plus
Experience in lean manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus
