Quantity Surveyor Required for Engineering Consulting Company: 
Experience: +5 Years in the same field
Qualifications: 
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- RICS/QS Accredited consultancy firm candidate preferred.
- Major experience and knowledge in Pre and Post Tender including quantity take-off.
- Specialized and capable as QS in planning, scheduling, and construction of high-value high-rise towers or commercial building projects such as malls, hospitals, warehouses, or infrastructure projects.
- Demonstrated knowledge in the latest building technologies.
- The capacity to create detailed reports that are easily understood by a wide array of people.
- Good financial and numeracy management skills.
