Technical Architect for VERGE Fine Finishes

WE ARE HIRING
VERGE Fine Finishes is inviting qualified personnel to join the Technical Team for the following vacancies:
* Technical Architect (1-3 yrs)
Position Duties:
Participating with the Technical team to issue the following packages:
* Issued for Construction package
* Tender Documents package (BOQ & Specs)
* Quantity Take-off and Materials Cutting Lists
* Shop Drawings and details package
* Fixed Furniture Fabrication drawings
* Vendor List packages
* Upholding Site Inspections and Issuing Site Inspection Reports
* Snag Lists
Required Skills:
* Bachelor degree in Architecture is a must
* Very good written and spoken English language
* Good knowledge of MS Office application
* Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD application
* Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop application
