DJM hiring in following positions 

1_ gl_accounting

Experience 3_5 years at GL accounting at manufacturing industrial 

Prepare monthly GL activities, journals, and accruals, perform balance sheet reconciliation and analytical reviews.

Participate to the monthly, quarterly, and yearly IFRS close process.

Perform accounting analysis for cash accruals, account payables, account receivables, reconciliations and foreign exchange.

Provide appropriate accounting information to customers when needed.

Assist various departments in accounting issues and queries.

Analyze and perform foreign currency exchanges.

Reconcile general ledger accounts and revenue accounts.

Review financial reports to identify and explain variances.

Follow documentation retention policy to maintain accounting files.

Prepare cash flow statements and resolve outstanding balancing issues.

Perform accounting analyses and reporting to support decision-making purposes.

Assist with Statutory Financial Statements preparation as well as direct tax filings and underlying information for VAT returns payment and filing.

Active support in internal and external audit activities and help with timely remediation of any findings or follow up items.

Ensure compliance with the company policies and other control procedures.

Perform ad hoc cross functional projects as requested.

AP_Accountant

Experience 2_4 years

Prepare monthly AP activities .. and AP reporting to Accounting Manager

2_ inventory_Accountant 

Experience 1_3 years

Manage local inventory (stock) process

Enter shipping and inventory data in a computer system

Manage purchasing orders for incoming equipment, services, and supplies

Verify receipts and confirm purchase contents and orders are complete

Monitors and maintains current inventory Stock levels.

Develops and determines the inventory accounting methods and also analyses the inventory related reports.

Ensure that all production costs are properly taken in the cost of sales and inventory costs.

Responsible for analyzing the overhead costs and variable costs of the company so as to ensure smooth accountancy.

Develop, implement, modify, and document recordkeeping and accounting systems, making use of current computer technology.

Inventory transactions - out/in warehouse transferring.

Inventory transferring between branches.

High control over sub-warehouses balances.

Follow up with sales representatives the outstanding Inventory

Conduct Monthly Reports for Inventory ex. (Ending inventory, physical count, requested goods

Other related tasks assigned to him by the Accounting Manager 

all position must have experience at odoo ERB and Excel Advanced.
