This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Contracts Engineer at Nile Developments. As a Senior Contracts Engineer, you will be responsible for:

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
International contracts management accreditation(s) or knowledge with FIDIC form of contracts is a plus.
5 years of experience in Contracts Management.
Strong knowledge of contract management principles, legal requirements, and industry standards.
Proven experience in the real estate construction field.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
