Senior Tax Accountant for Living Yards Developments

Living Yards Developments is Hiring "Senior Tax Accountant" with 2-4 years work experience in the same job title in the real estate industry

Requirements and skills:
-University graduate with Bachelor’s degree in relevant major.
-Able to type in both English and Arabic. 

-Excellent computer skills, using Microsoft Office applications, expert in Excel.
-Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
-Very good interpersonal skills
-Fast learner / eager to learn
-Creative
-Reporting & analytical skills

Responsibilities:
-Assists in Preparing tax returns, payments, necessary paperwork, and reports
-Assists in ensuring the payments of all kinds of taxes within the deadlines and as per its legal forms to avoid any penalties or fines
-Assists in the preparation of different Tax declaration
-Assists in the calculation of the income tax & its reconciliation
-Assists in the needed VAT documents form for payment
-Assists in Preparing annual tax reconciliation reports
-Follow up on everything related to the tax file
-Regular updates on tax laws
-Applies and calculate eligible taxes on company and external parties
-Fulfils all required documentation
-Reports and analysis as required and requested with high accuracy
