Tender Engineer for Grid Fine Finishes

☘Grid Fine Finishes is hiring:
☘"Tender Engineer"
Location:☘ Zamalek.

Qualifications:
- 2 - 5 years of experience in finishing and fit-out (Residential and Commercial projects) especially in "KSA projects".
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architecture Engineering.

Responsibilities:
Review tender documents and study scope of work and supplement; understand and analyse documents (drawings, specifications, B.O.Q,) and raise tender queries.
Create B.O.Qs and quantity survey drawings. 
Create supplier's and contractor's databases.
Estimate costs for materials, labour, and equipment needed for projects.
Prepare the direct-cost sheet and detailed Project Budget.
Prepare and submit tender proposals on time.
