Job Requirements:
- In-depth understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles
- Familiarity with quality, health, and safety standards
- Good knowledge of P6 and familiarity with construction/project management software
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Experience required: 5 to 7 years
Job Description:
- Oversee all phases of office construction projects to ensure timely and on-budget completion
- Manage progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety and building regulations
- Communicate effectively with clients to keep them informed and engaged throughout the project life cycle
- Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports
