Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Engineer located in Qesm El Obour. The Technical Office Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, making price offers & technical specification forms as per client's requests , negotiating prices with our clients, and following up purchasing orders. The role will involve using high communication & negotiation skills, as well as assisting customers with any inquiries or concerns related to the company's products and systems.

Qualifications
Strong analytical skills.
Customer Support and Customer Service experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in the same position at least 6 months.
Knowledge of compressed air systems is highly advantageous.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics.
Obour city residents, or nearby places.
