• 7+ years of experience.
• Technical background is a must.
• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture. 
• Previous experience in preparing technical proposals for engineering consulting.
• Excellent analysis and decision making skills
• Proficient with MS Office.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• PMP Certification is a Plus.
