Mechanical Maintenance Engineer for OVO Egypt

OVO Egypt is seeking to hire 'Mechanical Maintenance Engineer':
Job Description
- Follow up on planned maintenance schedules for all plant machinery.
- Monitor all equipment’s on the production line make necessary adjustments and repairs to maintain the smooth running of the production line.
- Provide training and development opportunities to all mechanical maintenance staff & carry out performance evaluations and appraisals, Encouraging new ideas.
- Implement a regular maintenance program, and recommend any additional needs not listed to extend its life, reducing the total cost of spare parts.
- Responsible for major installation or maintenance projects, leading the team of Technicians assigned to the task.
- Troubleshooting mechanical machines’ faults and guide technicians to Solve them quickly by Intervening immediately to reduce downtimes.
- Ensures that production targets are met in respect of efficiency, minimum wastage, and operating rates.
Job Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering major
(Mechanical Power Engineering / Production & Mechanical Design Engineering)
* At least 5-6 years' experience in maintenance management role in FMCG
Manufacturing, Experience of managing Profit and Loss (P&L)
