Senior Analyst for RSM

RSM is hiring Senior Analyst - Tax. Due Diligence to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading tax due diligence projects, analyzing various tax implications, and providing strategic recommendations
to our clients. Your expertise in corporate, salary, VAT, and other taxation areas will be crucial in identifying risks and opportunities during mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions.

Requirements:
•Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification preferred. 
• 4-5 years of experience in tax due diligence, with a strong focus on corporate, salary, VAT, and other taxations.
•Proven track record of managing and executing tax due diligence projects independently.
•In-depth knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
•Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office.
