Junior Accounts Payable Accountant for Ready pack Tech

We are hiring immediately for Junior_Accounts_Payable_Accountant

Responsibilities:
-Review and verify invoices and check requests.
-Sort, code, and match invoices.
-Set invoices up for payment.
-Enter and upload invoices into the system.
-Track expenses and process expense reports.
-Prepare and perform check runs.
-Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
-Resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
-Reconcile accounts payable transactions.
-Prepare analysis of accounts.

Requirements:
-Bachelor of Commerce or related field
-at least 1-2 years of experience in purchasing and supplier management at Export and manufacturing companies
proficiency in accounting software, preferably the Odoo system.
-Good in english.
