Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a reputable institution.
1-3 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Strong understanding of civil engineering principles with a demonstrated ability to apply knowledge in a practical setting.
Proficiency in building codes, construction methods, and materials.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, capable of identifying and resolving construction challenges effectively.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious with a commitment to upholding the highest safety standards.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in written and spoken English (minimum B1 level).
