Maintenance Manager – Facility Management / North Square Mall 
Location: New Alamein City, Egypt 
About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee all maintenance operations at one of the largest commercial malls in the vibrant New Alamein City. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the optimal functionality and upkeep of the mall's facilities, equipment, and systems.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a maintenance management role, preferably in a large commercial or retail setting
• Strong technical knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in English
