*MOTIVE Supplies and Solutions, an authorized distributor for Total Energies, is now hiring sales engineers (males/females) with the following qualifications:
What You’ll Do:
 Address any technical questions or concerns from clients and assist in closing sales.
 Work closely with customers to understand their specific needs and challenges and provide tailored solutions.
 Team up with our sales, engineering, and product teams to ensure our solutions meet customer requirements and deliver results.
 Gaining new customers and increasing company market share.
 Conduct training and plant surveys for customers when needed.
What We’re Looking For:
 Bachelor's degree in engineering or any related technical field.
 Excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to engage with clients to effectively convey how our solutions meet their needs.
 Previous experience in a sales or technical role (in lubricants/industrial field) is preferred, but enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are also valued (fresh graduates are welcome).
 Ready to travel upon business needs and must own a car.
 Ready to join immediately.
