· Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical engineering is a must
· 8+ years of experience in MEP Design projects.
· Proven experience in managing fit-out projects and on-site operations.
· Strong understanding of MEP systems, architectural design, and construction processes.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
· Relevant certifications (e.g., LEED, PMP) are a plus.
