Qualifications
- Financial Statements, Financial Reporting, and Analytical Skills.
- Experience in Finance and Accounting Software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data.
- Ability to analyze and interpret financial data effectively.
- Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance.
- Background Real State, Construction, Audit is Must.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA) is a plus.
- Experience in the Real Estate industry is beneficial.
