Architect for NAB Designs

NAB Designs, located in Sheikh Zayed, is expanding and we're looking for experienced and talented calibers to join our team
A. Design Architect
Qualifications:
1. Candidate must have 3+ Years of Experience.
2. Proven experience using Lumion, 3D Max and Sketch Up
3. Experience in Architectural design development and Visuals.
4. Excellent client – Facing and international communication skills.   
5. Excellent English writing and spoken.

B. Technical Architect
Qualifications:
1. Candidate must have 3+ Years of Experience. 
2. Prepare and review detailed technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
3. Coordinate with other disciplines such as structural and Electromechanical to ensure that all design elements are compatible and integrated.
4. Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
5. Act as a primary point of contact for clients regarding technical aspects of architectural projects.
6. Proven experience using Revit.

C. Senior Site Architect
Qualifications:
1. Candidate must have 6+ Years of Experience. 
2. Check technical details and drawings to ensure correct implementation in the field.
3. Ensure that the site is supplied with all documentation and materials needed to carry out the work. 
4. Ensure that the work is performed at the required quality standards.
5. Responsible for communicating with contractors.
6. Prepare a schedule for executed work versus planned.
7. Preparation of follow-up reports and their conformity with the schedule.
8. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly site reports.
9. Perform inspection and prepare documents for the entire contract work project.
