Project Director for EcoTel

EcoTel is looking to hire     "Project Director"   

*Qualification & Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above ,communication and electronic information major are preferred.
2. Understand the implementation and operation modes of international telecom engineering projects.
3. Have at least 5 years Project Director experience in the implementation and management of international communication engineering projects. PMP certificates are preferred.
