Facility Assistant Manage for M Squared

M Squared is currently seeking a motivated and experienced “Facility Assistant Manager” to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

Job Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree of an Electrical Engineering from reputable university.
· 10+ years of experience in related field.
· Real Estate background is preferred.
· Excellent spoken and written English and local language.
· Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
· Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
. In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
. Understanding of safety regulations and best practices in maintenance operations.
