Architecture Technical Office Engineer for Atric developments

Atric developments is now seeking to hire Architecture Technical Office Engineer:

-Location: (Head Office- Heliopolis)

Main Tasks:
§ Understand and participate in updating the architectural design standards and guidelines
§ Architectural design review to ensure compliance with the design brief, optimum design is achieved and the design integrity is maintained
§ Review the submitted architectural designs to ensure integrity with adjacent developments
§ Follow-up the architectural design progress and ensure the sign-off, in order to freeze the design and proceed to next stage of design
§ Participate in in-house design efforts
§ CAD Coordination
§ Attend design progress meetings and any other necessary meetings/workshops

Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree of Architecture engineering
- 4-6 years of experience
- Real estate, construction or engineering consultancy experience is a must

Technical Qualifications:
·      MS office – excellent.
·      AutoCAD - Excellent
·      Revit - Excellent
