* +20 years of experience with 8+ years of experience in financial management and construction filed background is a #Must.

* Familiarity with construction project management processes and terminology.

* Experience with financial modeling and analysis tools.

* Proven expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.

* Professional in financial software (Oracle or SAP) and other accounting programs.

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
