Financial Director for Abu Soma Development Company

Abu Soma Development Company ASDC is seeking a financial director with extensive Real Estate development experience to lead our financial strategy and operations. Reporting directly to the CFO, he/she will manage the financial team and ensure the company’s financial health and compliance.
 

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
Real estate development experience is a must.
CMA certification, knowledge of IFRS and Egyptian accounting standards is a plus.
15+ years of experience in real estate development and audit.
Proficiency in ERP Oracle is required.
MBA is a plus.
