Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
5+ years of experience in accounts receivable management, preferably within the real estate sector.
Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting standards.
Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams.
Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems; experience with [specific software, e.g., Yardi, MRI] is a plus.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
