We are hiring in Dar – Cairo office 
the following vacancies in the Digital practice unit:

Code: DP-A03- Architect BIM specialist
Code: DP-A04- Architect BIM specialist
Code: DP-S02- Structural BIM specialist
Code: DP-E02- Electrical BIM specialist

General Qualification for all vacancies :
·       Architecture/Structural/Electrical/Mechanical engineering degree. 
·       extensive experience working with BIM processes.
. Authoring technical documentation such as standards and workflow
. Good understanding of Information Management according to ISO19650 standards and requirements.
. Good knowledge of Engineering design and Information Management systems.
. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Rhino, BIM 360, Autodesk construction cloud 
. Experience in computational design using Dynamo and Grasshopper
. Experience in delivering training/learning.

Code: DP-A03- Architect BIM specialist
Additional Qualifications:
·       +10 years of Design and Construction experience.
·       Understanding of sustainability-related corporate reporting frameworks and standards.

Code: DP-A04- Architect BIM specialist
additional Qualifications:
·       +3 years of Design and Construction experience.
·       Experience in visualization platform Lumion, Enscape,3Dmax 
 
Code: DP-S02- structural BIM specialist
Additional Qualifications:
·       +10 years of Design and Construction experience.
·       Experience in structural Design and analysis tools including STAAD, SAP , Etap, SAFE.

Code: DP-E02- Electrical BIM specialist
Additional Qualifications:
+3 years of Design and Construction experience.
· experience with Etap, Dialux.

Experience with the below is a plus for all vacancies :
·       Experience in implementing 4D/5D, Virtual reality, Augmented reality, Digital Twin, DFMA
·       Experience with C#, Python,SQL,Jason,HTML,CSS,javaScript
·       Experience in Scan to BIM 
·       Experience in Bentley Aecosim, Microstation, OpenRoad, Open Bridge, Open Rail
