  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil or Construction Management Engineering.
  • 4 – 7 Years of Experience.
  • Previous Experience in Planning and Cost Control (MUST).
  • Cost Control, Cost Management, and Project Control skills.
  • Planning & Scheduling capabilities.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools like Primavera, MS Project, and ERP Systems.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
