Civil Design Manager for capital hills developments

looking for a Civil Design Manager
For a reputable real estate company 
Job Requirements
• A Bachelor degree in civil engineer.
• A minimum 12-18 years’ experience of working experience in Consultancy / Design Engineering
• Expertise in design software (Revit, AutoCAD, etc.) and a keen eye for detail.
• Multidisciplinary conscious with other trades (MEP, Arch. etc.)
• Aware of the full project cycle from concept design till implementation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• LEED, PRMG, and PMP certifications are valuable additions.
Full time with attractive salaries working  Friday and Saturdays are day off from 9-5 pm
