Reflect Developments is pleased to announce for new hiring for qualified and competent candidates to join the Construction Division in Egypt.
Reflect seeks to hire for the following position:
1- Technical Office Engineers (7 to 15 years’ experience):
Review & Approval of Workshop Drawings & Material Submittals is a must in the area of expertise.
a) Technical Office Structural / Civil Engineer: Residential, Administration Buildings, Hotels, Malls, or Compounds, Infrastructure Utilities Networks, Concrete Piles, Geotechnical, Steel Structure; prior experience is recommended.
b) Technical Office Architectural Engineer: Residential, Administration Buildings, Hotels, Malls, or Compounds; prior experience is recommended.
2- Site Engineers (3 to 10 years’ experience):
Site Structural / Architectural Engineer:
- experience in all project phases, including Engineering and Construction activities.
- Site construction supervision for Residential, Administration Buildings, Hotels, Malls, or Compounds; prior experience is recommended.
- Ability to review project’s technical submittals is a plus.
3- Senior Planning & Quantity Surveyor (5 to 10 years’ experience):
- All Quantity Surveying and Cost Control matters, CAD User is recommended.
- experience, out of which a minimum of 2 years in Planning or Cost Control field, and follow up of Construction Projects, using Primavera Enterprise Software is a plus.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
- B.Sc. in related disciplines, with a minimum grade of “Good”.
- Good command of related Egyptian and international codes.
- Good computer skills and command of relevant applications.
- Good command of English (written & spoken).
- Experience in Large Scale & Mega Projects, such as: 5 Stars Hotels, Malls,
Compounds, Hospitals, Towers … etc.
N.B: Vacancies are for Egyptians Only.
Work Location: El Obour City in the meantime / Various Construction Sites in A.R.E.
