Facility Engineer for Property Mind

Title: Facility Engineer 
Location: Polaris Mall - New Cairo
Position Overview:
Property Mind is seeking a skilled and motivated Facility Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience to manage and maintain the facilities at Polaris Mall. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation, maintenance, and safety of the mall’s infrastructure, utilities, and equipment, contributing to a seamless experience for tenants and visitors.

Requirements:
-Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience as a facility engineer, preferably in a commercial or retail environment.
-Education: Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
-Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems, and knowledge of building management systems (BMS).
-Problem-Solving Skills: Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills to resolve facility issues efficiently.
-Communication: Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with contractors, vendors, and mall management.
-Certifications: Relevant certifications in safety or facility management (such as OSHA, LEED) are a plus.
