(Quality Control Engineer)

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Experience: Minimum 3 years in quality control or quality assurance. Should have experience in sheet metal factories.

Certifications: Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt preferred).
Skills: Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS), Statistical Process Control (SPC), Power BI, and SAP.
Languages: Fluent in Arabic and English.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement robust quality control systems to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Conduct inspections on raw materials, in-process items, and finished products to verify quality.
Drive continuous process improvements using Lean Six Sigma and SPC methodologies.
Provide training, mentoring, and leadership to junior team members in quality control best practices.
Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
