Architect & Senior Interior Designer for Mona Hussein Design House

We are currently seeking to hire an Architect & Senior Interior Designer to join our office team in New Cairo branch.
Preference shall be given to a qualified candidate who can create and innovate with a strong conceptual design ability to effectively move forward the design of a portion of or an entire project.
Responsibilities:
* Prepares preliminary design studies and adaptations of alternatives for review.
* Prepares design development and tender drawing packages.
* Use creative design skills to prepare client presentation materials, including design sketches, renderings, models, and graphics.
* Stick to company and project goals of excellence in design.
* Achieve tasks according to MHDH Manuals.
* Organizes and plans according to deadlines.
* Report to the design team leader and design manager.
Qualifications:
* Professional Degree in Architecture.
* 5-8 years of experience.
* Experience in all phases and aspects of a project desirable.
* Coordination with various design consultants and good understanding to other consultants scope of work in relation with the Interior and architecture design scope of work.
*Good knowledge of project design and construction documentation production.
* Strong Knowledge of materials.
* 3D visualization and CAD skills are a must.
* Effective verbal and written communication skills.
* Demonstrates collaborative and professional work ethic.
Work Environment:
Working hours: 10:00AM to 6:00PM
Days off: Friday and Saturday
