Damietta Alliance is seeking to hire "Mechanical Engineer".

Experience Needed: Minimum of 3 – 5 years.
Education Level: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. 
 Required Qualifications:
- Observation of all safety and health requirements for container terminal environment.
- Risk Management & Criss Management.
- Accident incident investigation & root cause analysis
- Knowledge of container handling equipment, specifical ship-to-shore cranes, straddle carriers and reach stackers, Forklift, RTG & terminal trucks
- Demonstrates knowledge of technical/functional aspects of work.
- Requires a good level of verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Moderate level of management control skills (plan, lead. organize and control)
- Ability to keep track of and report on activity
- Awareness and ability to work with constant care.
- Emergency response reaction in an unsafe situation.
- Feeling of ownership for your safety and your facility.
- Ability to work in Fast based diverse environment & prioritize urgencies
- Ability to work under pressure, anticipate potential problems and diagnoses, evaluate, and resolve logistical problems as they happen to meet operational performance objectives and deadlines
- The ability to obtain cooperation and influence people while promoting a team environment.
- Good organizational skills
