Senior Associate for Dreny and Partners Law Firm

We are currently hiring for a Senior ssociate
position in Banking & Finance.
Qualifications:
- Education: L.L.B from a reputable niversity. Advanced
qualifications such as an LLM or MBA in inance or related fields are strongly preferred.
- Experience: 6+ years of experience in anking and finance, with a roven track record of handling complex finance transactions and advising financial institutions, corporations, and private entities.
Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of banking and financial regulations, securities law, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
- Expertise in structuring and negotiating a variety of financing transactions, including project finance, syndicated loans, and Islamic finance structures.
- Leadership in managing transactions from initiation to closing.
- Ability to supervise and mentor junior lawyers and provide strategic advice to clients.
- Exceptional drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
