Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
Administration (professional certifications such as CFA
or CTP are a plus).
5 to 7 years of experience in the cement industry.
8 to 10 years of overall experience in finance and
treasury.
Strong leadership and organizational skills with the
ability to make strategic financial decisions.
Excellent knowledge of treasury management tools and
financial systems.
Exceptional communication skills in English (written
and spoken).
