Position Title: Senior Procurement Engineer
Location: Cairo, Egypt 
Department: Procurement
Reports To: Procurement Manager
Overview
As a Senior Procurement Engineer at Colas Rail Egypt, you will play a critical role in managing procurement activities for large-scale metro construction projects. Your expertise in sourcing, negotiating, and managing supplier relationships will be essential in ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials and services. This position requires extensive experience in mega projects, demonstrating a strong understanding of the complexities involved in large-scale infrastructure development.

Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Experience:
Minimum of 7 years of procurement experience, with at least 5 years in a senior role within the construction or engineering sector.
Proven experience in managing procurement for mega projects, with a strong understanding of the complexities involved.
Skills:
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of local and international procurement regulations and standards.
Certifications:
Professional certifications such as CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management) or CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply) are preferred.
