Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team in Cairo, specializing in pumps, aerators, blowers, mixers, screens, and valves. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales growth, building relationships with key stakeholders, and providing technical solutions to clients in industries such as municipal water projects, industrial wastewater treatment, and commercial water systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in water and wastewater treatment markets.
Promote and sell a wide range of equipment, including pumps, aerators, blowers, mixers, screens, and valves.
Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
Client Engagement:
Build and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, and end-users.
Conduct site visits and provide clients with technical support and recommendations.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations.
Market Analysis & Strategy:
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
Contribute to marketing initiatives such as exhibitions, trade shows, and technical seminars.
Technical Expertise:
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure proper product selection and application for customer requirements.
Offer pre-sales and after-sales technical support to clients.
Proposal Preparation:
Prepare and follow up on quotations, tenders, and contracts.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients to close deals effectively.
Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress.
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Qualifications:
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in pumps, aerators, blowers, mixers, screens, and valves, or related industries.
Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in the specified equipment and their applications in water and wastewater treatment systems.
Skills:
Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex systems.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, with strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work independently.
Language: Proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
Software: Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
