Sales Engineer for kayan

We are seeking to hire a Sales Engineer at KAYAN who will be responsible for promoting and selling engineering solutions, specifically HVAC and plumbing products.
Responsibilities:
· Identify and develop relationships with prospective clients.
· Build strong relationships with consultants
· Understand client requirements and provide tailored engineering solutions
· Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations
· Prepare technical and commercial proposals based on client specifications
· Negotiate terms and conditions to close sales deals
· Coordinate with the technical and application engineering teams
· Monitor and report on sales targets and KPIs
· Follow up on project execution and provide after-sales support
· Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
· Collaborate with marketing to plan sector-specific sales strategies
· Attend industry conferences and trade shows
Qualifications:
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
· Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in engineering solutions or related industries.
· Language: Proficiency in Arabic and English.
· Certifications: Any relevant sales or technical certifications are a plus.
Skills Required:
Sales Expertise: Proven ability to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets.
Relationship-Building: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with consultants and clients.
Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate contracts and terms effectively.
